The basic principle of cooling pads in environmental control systems is to transform hot air into cooler air for poultry chickens. The higher the temperature and the lower the relative humidity, the better the cooling effect, because evaporation can occur more easily. The corrugated surface of cellulose paper has a thin film of water. When the hot outside air is sucked into the cooling pad through the exhaust fan, the moisture on the water film absorbs the heat and evaporates into steam, so cool air enters the chicken house. The cooling pads are made of specially formulated cellulose paper impregnated with insoluble preservative salts. You can provide a comfortable chicken house climate for your chickens even in hot weather. The panels can be mounted on the wall or outside the tunnel/non-hood structure.
