Recently, we designed a semi-enclosed chicken house plan for a poultry farmer, aiming to accommodate 10,000 egg-laying hens using A-type layer cage. This design takes into consideration the dimensions of the chicken house, the type of housing, and the farming requirements. It offer a comprehensive farming plan for our client.

Dimensions and Housing Type

The chicken house dimensions are set at 74*8*3.5 meters, providing ample ventilation while effectively utilizing space. The choice of a semi-enclosed housing type ensures adequate airflow while providing shade, creating a comfortable environment for the chickens.

A-Type Layer Cage

We recommended A-type layer cage, with each set capable of housing 160 egg-laying hens. Considering the farming quantity of 10,000 chickens, we proposed 64 sets of A-type layer cages, arranged in two rows of 32 sets each. This layout optimizes space usage and facilitates management and maintenance.

Automatic Poultry Farm Equipment

In addition to the layer cages, we included automatic poultry farm equipment such as feeding and manure removal systems. The feeding system employs a gantry design, with one unit covering two rows, ensuring efficient and precise feed delivery. The manure removal system utilizes a flat belt design, elevated to accommodate the A-type cage, effectively removing waste to maintain cleanliness. Additionally, a feed tower is incorporate to store feed, ensuring a steady and sufficient supply throughout the poultry farming process.
